Fantastic space, roll up garage door. Staff are super friendly and professional. Coffee was perfect, well balanced and not over roasted. Big fan!

Absolutely love this place! It is super cute and a great location to everything you'd want to do in South End. Their mission is also very meaningful and 1000% worth supporting. The coffee and snacks are always great too and they have different monthly specials that are always fun flavors

This place has great frappes. I ordered the seasonal one the Cotton Candy Easter one , I forgot the name. It was really delicious. They also have great outdoor seating. Everyone was very friendly and I like how employ special needs people.

Very cozy coffee shop with a very special mission to support individuals with disabilities. Staff is very friendly, good coffee and environment. Parking can be challenging in the south end area but would go back!

Absolutely love Bitty & Beau’s Coffee! This spot just southwest of downtown Charlotte, right next to Hawkers, is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a place with a heart. Their mission of employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities really shines through in the warm, respectful atmosphere. I loved seeing their board where visitors can pin where they’re from, and the seating is super comfy for hanging out. They’ve got a fun range of locally branded gear if you want a souvenir, and the coffee itself is pretty solid. Plus, the little Instagram-like counter they have is just a neat touch. Overall, a fantastic place with a great cause and a welcoming vibe!
